Structure in a central location a stone's throw from the metro, with modern furnishings and very kind staff

We stayed 5 nights and the first three days the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. On the third day the room was not made up and it was not clear why, on the fourth day the towels were changed but the room was full of balls of dust and hair, a sign of cleaning not done
